ROYAL HOLLOWAY UNIVERSITY LONDON - RHUL is by far the largest & most demanding of our maintenance contracts. We work alongside the onsite facilities team to provide ongoing support of the BMS as well as to consult on any future projects.
  
         
 
 

EXCELCARE DEVELOPMENTS - Excelcare are one of the largest developers/operators of nursing homes in the south east. We provide a full support back-up service, monitoring their systems remotely for both operation and optimum energy usage.

  
         
 
 

NURSING & MIDWIFERY COUNCIL -A building we maintain the controls on which we have been involved in since the controls were upgraded by us.

  
         
 
  HAMMERSMITH HOSPITAL - We maintain the controls for some laboratories, ensuring that strict pressure regimes are maintained to contain the substances used during experiments.  
         
      25 COPTHALL AVENUE – We maintain the controls at this commercial development near Moorgate, in which we have been involved since the construction stage.  
         

 

  

SOUTH STREET – We are involved in both the maintenance of the BMS system and the installation/service of the Landlords IT infrastructure.
