ROYAL HOLLOWAY UNIVERSITY LONDON - Over the last 5 years we have undertaken an upgrade of the existing BMS controls in residential, academic, technical & administration buildings. Up to the beginning of 2009, over 130 Trend IQ3 controllers have been installed across the Campus, making it one of the largest Trend IQ3 installations in the UK.
  
         
 
 

BABRAHAM RESEARCH CAMPUS - We have carried out the BMS controls installation for a new building on the campus. Due to some of the experiments that were to be carried out, the environmental controls for the new building needed to meet the stringent requirements of the Home Office.

  
         
 
 

75–79 YORK ROAD - We have designed and installed the controls for this new 11 storey office block, adjacent Waterloo Station, for Scottish Widows Investments. It includes full integration with the on-floor cooling units and both monitoring and control of the smoke extraction system.

  
         
 
  EXCELCARE DEVELOPMENTS - Excelcare are one of the largest developers/operators of nursing homes in the south east. We have upgraded the controls on some of their existing homes and installed new controls on all of their developments over the last 5 years. We are continuing to work with them on all their current/future developments.  
         
 
  ROYAL MINT COURT – We were involved for nearly a year in the refurbishment of the offices for Barclays Bank Investment Management Group.  
         
 
  IMPERIAL COLLEGE – We have installed BMS controls for some new laboratories on their campus.  
         
 
  CHELSEA & WESTMINSTER HOSPITAL – We were involved in the re-commissioning of some of the mechanical plant.  
         
 
  UBS - We designed and commissioned the controls for the new roof mounted pods which housed the new UPS backup systems, incorporating full redundancy of the pod room conditioning units to ensure that this critical plant remained operational.  
         
 
  GANT - We designed and installed the controls for the refurbishment of the Gant UK headquarters in Central London.  
         
 
  HEMEL HEMPSTEAD HOSPITAL - We were called in to diagnose and re-commission one of their controls installations.  
         
 
  DETICA - We have designed and installed controls for the fire suppression system in the new computer suite.  
         
 
  BHS - We designed and installed the controls for the refurbishment of their 6 storey headquarters in Central London.  
         
 
  KINGS COLLEGE - We have designed and commissioned the controls for the refurbishment of the Kings Building.  
         
 
  SPENCER HOUSE - We were involved in the design and installation of an extension to the existing controls installation.  
         

 

BEACHCROFT LLP - We have designed, installed & commissioned a new Trend system replacing old controllers and supervisors.
